Alex and his parents shared their heartfelt words following the tragic news that Los Osos High School dancer Emily Gold had been found deceased by suicide at 11:52 p.m. on Friday, September 13, 2024. The San Bernardino Coroner’s Office confirmed her cause of death.
California Highway Patrol Public Information Officer Rodrigo Jimenez reported that officials from the Rancho Cucamonga CHP responded to reports of “a pedestrian down in lanes.” Upon arrival, they found a 17-year-old female who had been struck by at least one vehicle in the carpool lane on eastbound 210. Sadly, she succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
